A CRANE has fallen on a house in Treendale off Jadeite Street and The Boulevard, causing damage to the property’s roof.
It is believed the crane was preparing to begin work when the ground underneath it became unstable.
Neighbour Brayden Mann said he was outside with his dogs when he saw the incident.
"The top of the crane was spinning like a crane should not be and then it fell over and made a really loud noise at it fell," Mr Mann said.
"I raced out to make sure that everyone was okay."
Australind Police told the Bunbury Mail that no one was injured in the incident and have since left the scene.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services and Worksafe attended the site.
