Wheatbelt police operation to target road trauma

With the assistance of officers from State Traffic, Wheatbelt Police targeted 13 towns with a particular focus on road safety and the ongoing scourge of people willing to drive a vehicle on our roads when effected by drugs or alcohol. 100's of vehicles were stopped, 1 in every 50 was involved in at risk driving, many thanks to the 49 who were doing the right thing.

THE Wheatbelt Police District have launched a new operation to target poor drivers and lower the road toll.
