Police have confirmed a car rollover near Capel on Tuesday claimed the life of a 19-year-old man from Rockingham.
A Toyota echo rolled on Ludlow-Hithergreen Road, near the intersection of Williamson Road, about 8.30am.
Voluteern fire and Rescue Service firefighters joined St John Ambulance and Police at the scene and freed the driver who was trapped in the vehicle.
The RAC Rescue helicopter flew the male driver to Royal Perth Hospital where he later died.
A passenger in the vehicle was taken to hospital but cleared of serious injuries.
South West Traffic officer-in-charge Sergeant Craig Clarke said the investigation is ongoing but it appears the car failed to negotiate a bend.
