Two Bunbury teenagers have joined the ranks of many South West youth to sail on the Leeuwin thanks to C Change and scholarships from the Sir Frank Ledger Trust.
Bunbury teenagers Adele Vindin and Hannah Dooling were recently selected by the South West community project C Change who work with the Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation to help source South West youth who would benefit from the scholarship on board the STS Leeuwin II.
Founding member of C Change Juliette Davies said they assist the Leeuwin foundation with their community partnership. “The great thing about the Leeuwin is it helps to get kids into the real world,” she said.
“We will continue to assist the Leeuwin Foundation, either financially or through sourcing applicants for other scholarships available.”
