A group of eight from one of Coles’ supermarkets in Bunbury have recognised the value of long-term employment.
The team members from Coles Bunbury Centrepoint have all given 20 years to Coles, racking up 209 years of combined service.
Bunbury resident Gina Timpani is the longest standing team member currently working at Coles Bunbury Centrepoint and says it’s the people that has kept her there so long.
“I’ve met a lot of people and made a lot of friends over the years - some who have been coming in to do their groceries since I first started.
“Being part of a great team where I have been able to form long lasting friendships has been one of the many highlights for me.”
Coles Bunbury Store Manager Phil Place congratulated all eight team members (Paula Monery, Wendy Mitchell, Sue Tapper, Gina Timpani, Maria Lord, Irena Kowalczyk, Marilyn Ammon, Helena Italiano) on reaching this amazing milestone.
“We are really lucky to have such a hardworking and dedicated team here.”
