Harcourts APG held their local awards evening earlier this month in recognition of their individual achievements in this market.
Managing Director Richard Morgan said it was fantastic to see a range of people succeeding, rather than just the regular one or two.
“Almost everyone in our company has stepped in what everyone is saying to be one of the toughest markets across the board for sales, rentals, commercial and business broking,” he said.
The team member of the quarter prize went to Lisa Morrison while Tam Dowson won the customer service award ahead of Felicia Sabatino.
Leanne Edwards was recognised as the top listing consultant while Kate Bond won both the highest sales person and most improved sales awards.
Ms Bond also won an award for making the most referrals to Harcourts’ settlement agent Strand while Christine Howe and Jeremy Bolwell were recongised for making the most referrals to the preferred finance provider Mortgage Express.
The property management department team also claimed a number of prizes.
Regan Bruce won best managed rental portfolio and the award fro most renewed leases while Hayley Young was recognised for having the lowest rentals vacant and the lowest rent arrears.
Jay Hoffman claimed the entrepreneur award for his successful social media promotion while Regan Bruce and Natasha Blakiston took out the initiative award for reorganising and streamlining the property management archived record.
Rebecca Clark rounded out the night by winning the award for business growth across sales and rentals.
