The pilots conducting the flypasts are all Air Force flying instructors. They are based at Number 2 Flying Training School at RAAF Base in Pearce, WA.

Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conducting of military flying.

Flypasts are subject to variables including air traffic control requirements, weather, and operational availability. As such, flypasts may be subject to cancellation at short notice.
