Ingenia Gardens Carey Park residents will unite to raise money to fight animal cruelty for their annual RSPCA Cupcake Day morning tea next Monday from 10.30am.
Bunbury residents are invited to join residents at 130-134 Forrest Avenue, Bunbury and make a gold coin donation to enjoy a morning of fun, all in support of the mistreated, abandoned and abused animals protected by the RSPCA.
Ingenia Gardens Carey Park Village Manager Trudy Turner said all funds raised on the day will go directly to the RSPCA to promote the care and protection of Australian animals and prevent animal cruelty.
“This fundraiser is a rewarding experience not only with its support for animal welfare but also its ability to bring the community together,” Ms Turner said.
“As a pet friendly village we are proud to support such an important cause and get the whole community involved in raising much needed funds for the RSPCA.”
Ingenia Gardens communities across the country will take part in the fundraiser to help beat last year’s donation of $2,556.
