This year, Women’s Health Week takes place from September 4-8 and its specific health message covers five things; ticker time, taking time, time to love your bones, time to move and craving pillow time.
Jean Hailes has been running a health survey of women in Australia for the last three years to understand their health needs.
Mental health and poor sleep almost always get a mention.
At our Centre, we are lucky to be able to take the time with clients and ask them a lot of questions about their general health and wellbeing including their mental health and to be able to ascertain an individual wellness plan which incorporates areas that need to improve.
