This years wildflower exhibition is set to feature over 300 individual flower specimens. Held at the Uniting Church halls and grounds on Thursday, September 28 and Friday, September 29, the exhibition will have something for everyone.
Now in it’s 92nd year, the exhibit sees the community gather together to appreciate the beautiful wildlife that surrounds our region.
Wildflower committee chairman Barry Oates said everyone involved has worked incredibly hard to ensure the exhibition happens.
“We had our licensed pickers out in the rain last Tuesday, they did a fantastic job,” he said.
“Busselton Fauna group are bringing some of their native animals they are rehabilitating, so the kids will have a chance to give them a cuddle and a pat.”
There will be a cake stall, local crafts for sale, light refreshments and much more.
The exhibit runs from 9am to 5pm on both days. For more information contact 9752 3304.
