The Bunbury Tennis Club held its annual Fluoro Day last Saturday, encouraging members to go along dressed in their brightest outfits to support a worthy cause.
This year it was to raise funds for Prostate Cancer research. The club has also previously supported Motor Neuron Disease.
The event was designed to create awareness for men to get a health check and to remember a past member who died from the disease.
Final results of the amount raised will be announced soon.
Approximately 50 members turned out for the day with Mara O’Connor winning the best dressed for the day.
Other players named winners on the day across the divisions were Kat Myberg, Pam Brodie, Trevor Prowse and Colin Manley.
Bunbury Tennis Club welcomes all new and old members with new members receiving special discounts.
