Major Crash officers have charged a man over a fatal crash in Crooked Brook in September.
Shortly after 6am on Sunday, September 17, emergency services were advised of the crash on Boyanup-Picton Road near the intersection of Dillon Road involving a red Holden utility and a Lexus four wheel drive.
The driver and single occupant of the red Commodore, a 53-year-old man from Australind, died at the scene.
The driver and single occupant of the Lexus, a 44-year-old man from Australind, sustained head injuries and was flown to Royal Perth Hospital.
As a result of the police investigation, the 44-year-old man has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, no authority to drive, driving an unlicensed vehicle and possessing drug paraphernalia.
