UPDATE: Crews have extinguished the oil fire in the kitchen and will spend the next hour mopping up.
WA Police are also in attendance and the estimated damage bill is $200,000.
EARLIER: Department of Fire and Emergency Services crews from Eaton-Australind, Bunbury, Harvey, Waroona and Brunswick have been called to a structure fire at the Myalup Roadhouse in Myalup.
Crews were called to the report of a fire at the joint petrol station and convenience store just before 5pm on Wednesday.
The Mail understands a number of fire fighters were breathing apparatus are working to stop a blaze in the store’s deep fat fryer that has spread to the ceiling space.
