Bunbury Speedway is set to host two of America’s toughest drivers for round two of the USA vs. WA Speedweek Challenge.
On Saturday, December 30, Parker Price Miller from Kokomo, Indiana and Ryan Smith hailing from Stowe, Pennsylvania will go up against the state’s best sprint car drivers.
Price Miller made a name for himself in 2015 by earning his first All Star Circuit of Champions feature event.
He went on to win the Midwest Open Wheel Association Series Championship and the Canadian Nationals last year.
In 2017, Price-Miller travelled from Florida to the West Coast as part of the World of Outlaws.
Smith was awarded Most Improved Sprintcar Driver in 2013 and 2014, and backed it up with three victories in the 2015 All Star Circuit of Champions.
This year, Smith finished second on points with the All Stars and picked up three wins.
Heading into the Boxing Day meeting in Perth, five rounds had been contested and produced five different winners.
Shaun Bradford won the first round, with Jason Pryde taking round two from Jason Kendrick and Jamie Oldfield
The third round went to James McFadded while the fourth round – at Bunbury – saw Brad Maiolo clinch victory.
The fifth round was won by Jamie Veal from Kaiden Manders and Carl Dowling.
