It was a busy Wednesday afternoon at the Koombana Bay Foreshore with over 400 children turning out to hunt for Easter eggs.
The event was a massive success with hundreds of dollars being raised for Give Me 5 for Kids.
For a gold coin donations children were able to hunt through the sand to find a pop sticks which would then be redeemed for Easter eggs.
Its Triple M’s goal is to raise thousands of dollars for Triple M Regional Assistance Fund which provides financial assistance to help cover accommodation for families in regional WA with children being treated at Perth Children’s Hospital.
“It was so great to see so many kids get in on the fun, Give Me 5 for Kids does some wonderful work for a lot families here in the Southwest so we love raising funds for it while providing a fun activity for families” Triple M breakfast announcer Allan Aldworth said.
A special mention to the clients who generously offered help on the day as well including Full of Beanz Coffee, Dad Reality, Primewest Bunbury Centrepoint, Elders Insurance Bunbury and Bunbury Pool Centre.
