South West Police have charged two women after drugs and weapons were found in a home in Carey Park last month.
According to Bunbury Police, officers executed a search warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act on a residence about 8am on Friday, March 23.
As the search was conducted, police seized what is believed to be numerous small amounts of amphetamine and cannabis.
Officers also found drug paraphernalia (smoking implements), prohibited weapons (throwing knives), a wooden-handled hunting knife, and a wooden-handled machete.
They also confiscated an X-Box console and matching games believed to have been stolen.
A South-West woman was summonsed for possessing drug paraphernalia, while a Perth woman was summonsed for possessing a prohibited drug.
Two juveniles were issued with caution notices.
Police are continuing their investigations into the items seized from the property.
Bunbury Officer in Charge Senior Sergeant Mal Jones told the Mail: “Bunbury police will act on credible information received from members of the public in relation to known problem households.”
