Bunbury Show organisers are getting ready to wow people from across the region.
The show, taking place on Saturday, April 14, will feature equine events, animal shows, and sideshow alley rides.
This year’s event will also include a trade stall area, sponsored by JCB Construction Equipment Australia.
The Bunbury Agricultural Society inc. volunteer committee organises the show each year.
Meanwhile, the City of Bunbury’s Youth Advisory Council is busily preparing for the 2018 Shift Festival.
Held at Koombana Bay from 1pm on Sunday, April 15, activities will include a pop-up skate park, stand-up paddle boarding, and beach volleyball.
Local acts Zoe Dellaca, Mitchell Martin, and The Daisy Chains will be joined by headliners British India.
The Change Makers Festival, held on Saturday at the Bunbury Regional Art Gallery, is giving youth the chance to showcase their artistic sides.
Guest speakers include renowned artist Andrew Frazer, Melbourne start-up Who Gives A Crap chief executive officer Simon Griffiths, and Good Nights coordinator Kelsie Miller.
Following the event, attendees will have the chance to apply for a 10-week mentorship program.
