The headspace Bunbury Youth Reference Group (YRG) will host a Quiz Night for young people in the community tomorrow from 3pm to 6pm.

The event is open to all ages from 12 to 25 with a range of categories including music, movies and popular Netflix series.

Prizes will include a double pass to this years Groove in the Moo.

YRG member Skye O’Toole said the YRG had been working hard for two months to bring a fun and inclusive event to young people.

“The Quiz Night is a chance to connect with other young people and feel part of your community and make some new friends,” she said.

“It is important to acknowledge young people and all of the great stuff they are doing in the community, the YRG are excited to connect with other youth groups and spark conversations about how we can collaborate more in the future.”

The YRG are encouraging young people to book a single ticket or grab a group of friends together to make up a table.

headspace community engagement officer Penny McCall said the organisation was proud of the YRG and appreciated the time and effort put into planning the night.

“It is great to support them to plan this event and provide a fun opportunity to connect with other young people,” she said.
