It was clear skies and no breeze for the thousands of residents who turned out to commemorate Australia’s fallen diggers as part of ANZAC Day.
The early morning start began with a parade from the Bunbury RSL Sub-Branch to the memorial on Stirling Street.
The Bunbury Men of Song played a collection of war time music for the occasion.

The speakers highlighted the anniversary of the battle which took place on April 25, 1918 where many Australians lost their lives.
The commemorations will continue with another march and service in Bunbury from 8.30am.
