This Anzac Day, Nitro Circus is putting on a high-energy, stunt-heavy motocross spectacular for South West fans.
The crew is bringing its trademark stunts and daredevil athletes to Hands Oval from 3pm on Wednesday, April 25.
Fans will be able to catch Travis Pastrana and Donnybrook-born-and-raised rider Josh Sheehan in action.
Nitro Circus’s riders and behind-the-scenes crew members toured the South West during the week, counting down to Wednesday night’s show.
The team visited Bunbury Wildlife Park on Monday, before checking out Sheehan’s Home town.
Sheehan was treated to a sneak peek of the layout at Hands Oval on Tuesday afternoon.
He said he was excited to perform in front of family members, friends and fans from the region.
“Perth is cool, but this is awesome,” he said.
“In the second half of the show we will really pump it to the next level.
“We have the next-level ramps that are literally twice as high as what we’re used to jumping with.
“Everyone has made it through the tour, everyone is healthy, and we’ve washed out some of our fear so we’ll be able to bring some great tricks to the final show.”
City of Bunbury Acting Mayor Jaysen Miguel said Sheehan and co. would deliver an impressive display on Wednesday night.
“You can see the massive amount of effort that goes into something like this,” he said.
“It’s an internationally renowned show so people from around the area will hopefully be flocking here.”
Twenty volunteers from the Breakaway Aboriginal Corporation assisted in setting up chairs ahead of the show.
For their efforts, organisers gave the volunteers free tickets to the event.
Tickets can be purchased at the gate on the day.
