A night to celebrate the cultures of the world will be held next month.
St Augustine Uniting Church is hosting a Multicultural Winter Feast on July 6 from 6pm at the Bunbury Catholic College hall to raise funds for the ministry.
The night will include a multicultural three-course dinner, an auction, quiz, games and a raffle.
Church minister Greg Ross said there was so many different nationalities from all over the world that made up the congregation.
“We really just want to celebrate the cultures that make up our community and we’re encouraging people to come in their national dress – we’ve got some Indian dancing and a couple of kids will play the guitar,” he said.
Church member Jodie Montgomery said it was a community that was always there and available to everyone.
“I think having a feast like this opens it up to everyone not necessarily people who would come to church but opens the door to meet new people and share stories,” she said.
