The Bunbury Runners Club hosted the twelfth Women’s Fun Run and Walk on Sunday morning.
A total of 383 competitors participated with a record 162 first timers at the event.
Proudly sponsored by Vestrum Obstetrics and Gynaecology, money raised during the event will be donated to the South West Women’s Refuge, with the Bunbury Runners Club also collecting shoes, socks and underwear for the organisation.
Runners and walkers with prams, tutus, wings and capes took off from Bicentennial Square, making their way around the Leschenault Inlet.
Jessica Amy Taylor won the 5km run with a time of 20:22 with Laura Lombardo following close behind in at 20:58.
Rosemary Giles came third in the 5km with a time of 22:14.
Wendy Thornhill won the 10km run with an impressive time of 45:41 followed by Koombana Physiotherapy's Christa Cowan in at 46:02.
Niki Bason rounded out the top three with a time of 47:36.
