Summit South West has started work on one of Bunbury’s largest residential developments in recent years.
The development, The Stables on Spencer, will include 44 residential dwellings and will see the southern end of the street transformed with the inclusion of a cul-de-sac.
Summit South West general manager David Hunt said the project reflected a feel of optimism within the South West property market.
“Bunbury is a vibrant city that is continuing to grow, The Stables on Spencer is set to echo this,” he said.
“We’re really excited about the opportunity – something of this scale is rare.
“There is definitely a renewed sense of confidence in the local property market.
“Great things are coming.”
Mr Hunt said the development would be unique to the area and appeal to a wide range of home-buyers.
It will see turn-key house and land packages starting from $377,990 with a range of single and two storey homes available.
Using local trades and service, including Jak Civil the project is expected to be complete by mid 2019.
