The Bunbury PCYC is getting ready to frock up for its first ever Glitz and Glamour Masquerade Ball.
Centre manager Natalie Raftos said the organisation wanted a fun way to raise money to be able to improve programs for young people in Bunbury.
“If we could raise $5,000 that would be great , that will help to build and develop it to support the youth,” she said.
“Come and have a great night out and bid on some really cool stuff that has been donated by local businesses.”
The ball will be held on October 6, at the Bunbury PCYC featuring entertainment from local band, Topshelf with food by Tapalicious
“We can do programs and have activities and space but unless that space actually functions appropriately for the youth then we’re just spinning the wheels,” Ms Raftos said.
“We need our boxing space set up and we would like to build up the youth space where the kids can just drop in and be supervised but not necessarily told what to do.”
