A man caught trying to escape from police has received a slew of drug and traffic charges.
While conducting patrols in Cookernup on September 15, police spotted an off-road motorcycle travelling on Riverdale Road, near Marston Road, at 3.30pm.
After the motorcyclist was stopped by police, officers uncovered methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and cash on his possession.
The 21-year-old was charged with driving and failing to comply with a direction to stop, driving without a licence, using an unlicensed vehicle on a road, possessing stolen/unlawfully obtained property, possessing drug paraphernalia, and possessing methamphetamine with intent to sell or supply.
We will appear in Harvey Magistrates Court on Monday, September 17.
