Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal accident that claimed the life of a 32-year-old woman in Waroona on Thursday afternoon.
About 4pm, a Mack Prime Mover truck towing two trailers was travelling south along the South Western Highway.

Near Hall Road the truck crossed into the northbound lane and as the truck started to jack-knife, the two trailers collided with a grey Holden Commodore sedan that was travelling north.
The four occupants of the Commodore were trapped and were extracted by Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
The 32-year-old woman – who was the front passenger in the Commodore – died at the scene from fatal injuries.
The 43-year-old male driver and two rear passengers, a 17-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman, received serious injuries and were conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital.
The 45-year-old male driver of the truck was not injured.
Major Crash officers would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash occur, or anyone who saw the Mack Prime Mover or Holden Commodore prior to the collision.
