Queensland performance collective The Good Room is kicking off its 2019 national tour of I Want to Know What Love Is at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre on Thursday, February 14.
Based on over 800 anonymous love stories, I Want to Know What Love Is throws a spotlight on long-buried memories, bedroom fantasies, crushes and conquests.
The Good Room are asking members of the Bunbury community to anonymously submit their stories of love.
The troupe will transform these secret submissions into a dazzling stage show all about love.
Submissions can be made at wewantyourlove.com.
“I Want to Know What Love Is a dizzying ride through the ups and downs of love,” Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre executive director Fiona de Garis said.
“Gather your girl friends or that special someone to enjoy a fantastic evening of romance this Valentine’s Day.”
“We encourage anyone looking to attend the performance to submit a story.
“This is the chance to be a part of a truly inspiring theatre experience created entirely from the anonymous experiences from ordinary people.”
Tickets for I Want to Know What Love Is are on sale now and can be purchased at bunburyentertainment.com, on 1300 661 272, or in person at the Box Office.
