Bunbury Golf Club member Brett Cooper took out the mens division in the 2019 Gold Letter Australia Day Classic, held on January 26 and 27.
Cooper won with 82, ahead of Simon Boccia on 80, Paul OBrien (77), Mark Thomas (76), and Neil Power (74).
Western Australian Golf Club member Dianne Ireland secured the womens title with 69, narrowly beating out second-placed Patricia Dunstan.
Robyn Wood, Judy Hutt, and Lyn Richards rounded out the top five.
Bethanie sponsor representative Norm Jones was on hand to congratulate the winners.
The club is getting ready to host the 2019 Summer Cup on Saturday, February 16.
The Leschenault Classic 36 Hole Individual Stableford will then take place on March 2 and 3.
