After four years in Germany and Hungary, Vdelli will return to the South West later this month.
The band will bring its signature style of blues-rock to the Prince of Wales Hotel, Bunbury on Saturday, February 23.
Vocalist and guitarist Michael Vdelli said he was looking forward to travelling around the state, once again.
“I love the Prince of Wales, it’s a great venue. I think it’s going to be a pretty good party, so I’m looking forward to it,” he said.
“We’ve started to hit our straps, musically, and we’re working on a new album. It’s an exciting time to be playing.
“It’s what we love doing. I’m looking forward to showing the boys my home state and the way we do things.
“Coming back to Western Australia in the summer time, and playing to our mates, is the best.”
Vdelli has provided support for BB King, ZZ Top, Jimmy Barnes, The Animals, Canned Heat and many others.
He said the tour would take fans back in time to the band’s early days.
“We’re a hard-working band – we get up every day, get in the van, drive to the next town, and play. That’s how it has always been for me,” he said.
“I really love what we’re doing now. Having done a lot of experimenting and studying, in the end my heart is in blues/blues rock.
“I am very happy and I feel very lucky to be able to do it. That’s where it begins and ends for me."
