A 25-year-old man has been fined $1000 and disqualified from driving for nine months, following an incident earlier this year.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Darren Clifton told the court Shayden Lee Bennell was stopped by Bunbury officers while travelling on Brittain Road, Carey Park at 12.28pm on Tuesday, January 22.
Bennell attended Bunbury Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 28.
Bennell was found to be driving without a valid licence.
Bennell's defence counsel, Viv Blurton, said Bennell was driving to the shops to pick up something for his daughter.
Blurton said his client had accepted the facts.
The court heard Bennell had previously been caught driving under disqualification in March and April 2015.
Magistrate Evan Shackleton warned Bennell that further offences would most likely lead to an immediate term of imprisonment.
