The Bunbury Repertory Club is putting the final touches on its latest production.
Co-directed by Colleen Harris-Smart and Charise D'Ath, Dead Man's Hand features a top-notch cast (Yarno Pyne, Mitch James, Siobhan Silver, Dan Armstrong, Sally Shanhun and Alli Pyne) and crew.
In Seymour Matthews' play, a group of actors are lured to a remote mansion before being picked off one by one.
As emotions run wild, accusations are hastily thrown around.
Megan Mepham will serve as backstage manager, while Rod Kroon will carry out lighting and sound duties.
D'Ath has promised a good story, great characters, and many fun surprises.
"We don't usually do thrillers, so it's something a bit different to the norm," she said.
"It made for a good opportunity to delve into something a bit darker.
"The dynamics of the cast are brilliant. Everyone loves coming to rehearsals and we love performing the show.
"I like being on the other side, as a director, as much as I love being on stage.
"Nothing compares to live theatre, it has a completely different atmosphere to anything else."
The play will hit The Little Theatre, Eaton on March 22, 23, 29, and 30. A matinee will be held on March 24.
The club will perform Madwomen in June, followed by Ellora in August/September.
