Bunbury marks the next stop on Fiji-born multi-instrumentalist Jay Hoad's latest tour of Australia.
The musician and his band will bring their vast array of talents to the Prince of Wales Hotel, for one not-to-be-missed performance on Saturday, April 27.
Hoad will also play to music lovers at the Settler's Tavern, Margaret River on April 21 and 26.
The shows are part of Hoad's first Australian tour in years, following trips through Europe, India, and the Pacific Islands.
"I love that part of the world [the South West]. It has been a couple of years since I've been able to squeeze in a west coast tour, so I am really excited," he said.
"Quite often, someone will come up to us and say, 'I've had a really bad day/week/month/year, but - over the past 2/3 hours - I had completely forgotten about those aspects of my life'.
"The gratitude is one of the best things about performing live. We like seeing the countryside, as well."
While touring the world, Hoad put together two albums simultaneously.
"They were supposed to come out six to 12 months ago, but - with the touring schedule - it was hard to find a balance between performing the shows and writing/recording new music," he said.
"However, it all made for an amazing experience."
Following his Australian tour, Hoad will join artists from across the globe at Glastonbury in June.
