Undeterred by the East Perth crowd, Dunsborough Oilers' star Beige Harris (12) and import Brittni Montgomery (10) put the Slammers in front by two points at quarter time.
Eagle Janee Johnson (10) kept the home side in the contest, before Makailah Dyer (16) and Courtney Bayliss (7) helped the visitors to a ten-point lead at the main break.
East Perth struggled to keep up, as the Slammers landed 20 points to 10 in the third quarter.
The Slammers moved up to fifth on the ladder with a 78 to 43 away win.
Despite efforts from Michael Lay (top scoring with 21) and import Tyler Livingston (19), the Slammers' men's side fell to its sixth consecutive loss on Friday night.
The Eagles and Slammers were neck-and-neck in the opening term, before East Perth nabbed a two-point lead at the first change.
Vying for their first win of the year, the Slammers banded together to move ahead - 46 to 37 - at half time.
Eagles Cameron Williams (19) and Aiden Murphy (17) put the home side back in front in the third, as the Slammers ran out of steam.
Thanks to a late two-pointer from Andrej Donlagic (12), the Eagles went on to claim an 85 to 83 victory.
