Dr Craig Hookham and Mrs Cahleen Hookham opened The Health Hub at Eaton Fair to the public on March 18.
They set out to create something that would challenge the way healthcare has previously been delivered in a primary care setting and create a new model of care.
This healthcare model is about providing personal, approachable, community-focused, affordable, innovative solutions delivered to the community in a boutique style environment that is comfortable, relaxing and healing.
"We want everyone who visits The Health Hub to feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their experience," Craig said.

"We also have a resident 'hippopotamus' called Gloria - the kids will love her."
"She has been included in The Health Hub team to help calm children, help them heal and contribute to making the visit to the doctor an enjoyable one."
