Four men allegedly involved in last month's fatal assault on Victoria Street have faced court for a second time.
Gregory Colin Humphries, 20, of Australind attended Bunbury Magistrates Court on Thursday, June 6, charged with unlawful assault causing death, assault occasioning bodily harm, and common assault.
Jonathon Lee Humphries, 18, and 26-year-old Joshua Ainsley Kelly, both of Carey Park, appeared in court on the same day.
They were charged with one count each of unlawful assault causing death and assault occasioning bodily harm.
Mr Humphries, Mr Humphries, and Mr Kelly were represented by Michelle Huber during Thursday's proceedings.
Kirk Angus Boyce, 27, of Armadale, was charged with unlawful assault causing death. Represented by defence lawyer Ian Macfarlane, Mr Boyce also faced court last week.
The four accused appeared via video link from Bunbury Regional Prison.
With no pleas entered, Magistrate David Maclean remanded all matters to Thursday, July 18 for legal advice.
Police allege the four were involved in a brawl in Bunbury's CBD, in the early hours of Saturday, May 25.
During the incident, 56-year-old man Danny Talbot received serious head injuries before being flown to Royal Perth Hospital. Mr Talbot later died in hospital.
The accused all appeared in court on May 27, after being arrested.
Bunbury Police are calling for those with information about last month's incident to come forward.
