Drivers, crew members, and spectators then headed to the Halifax Industrial Area for an exciting day of rallysprint action.
On Sunday morning, 115 competitors raced against the clock, in 20-second intervals, along winding roads.
After eight blistering laps, Mark Greenham/Steph Esterbauer (2006 Mitsubishi Lander Evo 9, 21:01.01) were crowned this year's overall champions.
In control behind the wheel, Greenham notched up an impeccable time of 2:33.70 on Lap 7.

"We were very happy with our results, this year.
"The event is hugely popular within the rallysprint fraternity."
