A few fresh laughs, some of the old classics and a heavy dose of political incorrectness await Bunbury comedy fans as down-the-line funnyman Kevin Bloody Wilson hits town for the second WA leg of his F.U.P.C tour.
"I'm really looking forward to getting back there and having a few more laughs with everyone again," he said.
Wilson is revered around the globe for his unique take on life.
He's performed everywhere throughout his career, from outback pubs to the hallowed halls of the London Palladium.
He originally recorded songs on a cassette tape for his mates, penned about his experiences working in the mines in Kalgoorlie.
Once again pulling no punches, the out-loud comic's show will spin a humorous take on the #MeToo movement, while also launching new tunes surrounding current world issues like the aptly-labelled What's Donald Gonna Do Today?
"Everyone seems to be waking up and checking the telly to see what Donald (Trump)'s going to do today, and I just thought it's a bit ridiculous so it made for a good song," he said.
The show will be the second of seven stops in Wilson's native Western Australia, five of which will be held in regional centres as he hits the road bound for the likes of Albany, Geraldton and Kalgoorlie following his Bunbury stop.
Touring the regions has become somewhat second nature for the renowned Aussie comedian, and remains something he prides himself on.
"When I was a kid my favourite musician was Neil Diamond, but I was out in Kalgoorlie and obviously he only ever stopped in Burswood," he said.
"So knowing how much people out in the country towns can miss out on, I like to get out there as far as I can and as often as I can."
Wilson will take to the stage at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre on Friday, July 12. For more visit bunburyentertainment.com.
