The State Government will roll out a new initiative to streamline their frontline services to the public in a one-stop shop, piloting the program in the South-West.
The initiative will mean the public can go to a single place to do things such as renew a driver's licence, pay a fine, apply for a fishing licence and so forth.
Different government agencies will be able to share data across a central database and validate people's identity between services.
Spearheading the project is Department of Finance chief customer officer Steve Mitchinson who is due to deliver a 12-month pilot starting in Bunbury on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
Mr Mitchinson said they would start with services that had the highest volumes of transactions and most interaction from the public.
Bunbury is a pilot to test a whole lot of concepts before we make significant investment in the future.

"There are 85 transactions across five agencies including Justice, Police, Community, Transport and Primary Industries and Regional Development," he said.
"As we move forward we will identify other services which have a natural fit and work out how we can bring some of those transactions into a single transaction and reduce the need for paperwork and other things.
"Service WA is about bringing together high volume transaction services across government so citizens do not have to work out where to go or make multiple visits.
"They will be able to go to one counter have it all resolved, and if it could not be resolved, we could still connect them with an agency.

Mr Mitchinson said the project was also integrated with the State Government's digital strategy to create a single website across government starting with WA.gov.au.
"I applaud the government for choosing Bunbury for this project. I'm sure it will be a success," City of Bunbury Mayor Gary Brennan said.
"Having it based in our CBD will provide a significant boost."
