Two community members will get the chance to represent Bunbury on the national stage, later this week.
Bunbury Crusaders Dragon Boat Club coach and sweep Roslyn Webb and participant Stella Wallace will compete in the 2019 Australian Masters Games in Adelaide.
Following the practice day on Thursday, October 10, all dragon boat races will be held at Scullers Reserve on the 11th and 12th.
Ms Webb and Ms Wallace will represent Warrnambool's dragon boat team in this year's games.
The pair said they were looking forward to competing against athletes from around Australia.
"I love dragon boating, I'm addicted to it," Ms Wallace said.
"When this opportunity came up, and I said: 'Let's do it'.
"We are both excited to be representing Western Australia and the Bunbury Crusaders."
Dragon boating is just one of the 45 sports in this year's games.
