In the O65s decider, the Waratahs claimed a 3-1 win over Queensland on penalties. Victoria then nabbed a 2-1 penalty shootout win over WA.
WA secured a 2-0 win over SA in the O70s final, while Victoria beat Queensland 2-1 in the third-place play-off.
NSW beat WA 1-0 in the O75s gold medal match, before Victoria defeated WA Country 2-1 on penalties.
Eight WA Country players - including O50s captain Dean Lomax - were selected to represent Australia at next year's Masters World Cups.
