In second place at the 800m mark and the turn, bay mare Black Ducati (race favourite at $2.35) moved up to first on the home straight.
Jockey Brad Parnham and trainer Michael Lane celebrated as Black Ducati finished ahead of second-placed Swift Mirage.
Earlier in the day, jockey William Pike led race favourite Sentimental Gift ($1.50) to victory in the 2000m Furphy Refreshing Ale Maiden.
The bay mare crossed the line four-lengths-and-a-head in front of Under the Archers and Queen Karnilla.
Pike and Flying Target ($3, race favourite) were confident going into the $25,000 TABTouch - Better Your Bet Handicap (1675m).
In a thrilling finish, the bay mare edged out Captain Jack and The Black Watch.
Pike and brown filly Special Choice ($2, race favourite) claimed the $11,800 first prize in the 1200m Amelia Park Maiden.
The jockey then secured his fourth consecutive win in the LJ Hooker Bunbury Collie Maiden (1000m).
Race favourite Boomtastic ($1.95) narrowly beat out David Harrison-trained Red Warrior.
The $20,000 Axis Hire Maiden (1400m) saw Costa Del Santo ($4.80) finish three lengths ahead of race favourite Moama Rose.
