With the 2019/20 season set to begin, the Krikke Motorsport team is pleased to announce its full season schedule.
Once again, the team will compete in the World Series Sprintcar Championship along with many other marquee events.
Off the back of a runner-up finish in last season's WSS Championship, team driver Kerry Madsen is gearing up for round two with the Bunbury-based team.
Taking on the 14-round series for the 20th consecutive year, Krikke Motorsport is eager to go one better this time around.
The team will compete in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia, completing Speedweek, the Sunshine Swing and the Western Swing.
As per the last two years, Krikke Motorsport's season will commence on December 7 at the Perth Motorplex with the WA Title.
The team has managed to take out the WA Title for the past two seasons running, first with Jamie Veal and then with Kerry Madsen.
January will consist of 14 nights of racing in 31 days, including major events at Sydney's Valvoline Raceway, Geelong's Avalon Raceway, Mount Gambier's Borderline Speedway, and Warrnambool's Premier Speedway.
Following the three-night Grand Annual Classic at Premier Speedway, which will take place over the Australia Day long weekend, the team will then travel to the Apple Isle for the Australian Championship at Gulf Western and Independent Oils Raceway in Devonport.
Madsen will aim for his fifth and the team's ninth victory in the event.
Krikke Motorsport's season will close in late February with the Krikke Boys Shootout, an event close to the team's heart.
"'It's a long winter when your season ends in early March and doesn't start again until December, so we can't wait to get underway next month," Krikke Motorsport team manager Ryan Krikke said.
"We're rapt to get things started with the WA Title again here in Perth in front of friends, family and our local sponsors.
"It's worked well for us in the past, going back to back in the last two seasons, so hopefully we can make it a three peat this season."
