Major Crash are investigating a fatal traffic accident which occurred on January 12 on Forrest Highway near Binningup Road in Binningup.
About 3:50pm a silver coloured Nissan Pathfinder was travelling north on Forrest Highway when the vehicle rolled over numerous times.
The male driver and a rear female passenger died at the scene while five other passengers have been treated for various injuries sustained in the crash.
Names and ages are yet to be confirmed and the next of kin are still to be advised.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash or has dash camera footage of the crash or the driving behaviour of the Nissan prior to the crash.
