After winning the toss and electing to bat, BDCA opener Brayden Clarke notched up an impeccable 64 runs.
Teammate John Richardson later slogged a remarkable 15 fours on his way to 109 off 170 balls.
Clint Hewson posted 42 off 25, before the side suffered a swift lower-order collapse.
Peel bowler Jamie Lee claimed 5/93 from his 16 overs, while Daniel Jones took two catches.
Chasing BDCA's total of 270, Lee (17) and fellow opener Brad Holmes (3) were dismissed in quick succession.
In his 113 minutes at the crease, Jones knocked a commanding 70 off 103 (including seven fours and one six).
Tailender Daniel Abel made a respectable 49, before being bowled by Hewson.
With help from Clarke (3/68), Peel was dismissed for 224 with 5.1 overs remaining.
BDCA cruised to a five-wicket win over Geraldton at the Kingsway Sports Ground in Round Two.
Geraldton opener Nigel Routledge (34 off 81) and top order batsman Julian Crudeli (68 not out) impressed with the bat.
Troubled by bowlers Hewson (4/55 from 13 overs) and Clarke (2/45 from 10), Geraldton limped to 7/184.
BDCA's Kurt D'Agostino (24) and John Richardson (16) were both dismissed by Crudeli (4/51 from 18).
Thanks to half centuries from Thomas Buchanan (59no) and Steven Denison (50), BDCA reached Geraldton's total with two overs to spare.
BDCA will face off against Albany and Districts in Round Three on January 22.
