After many years of hard work, the Dalyellup Surf Life Saving Club is now on the verge of starting a new chapter.
At 4pm on February 16, current and past members will come together for the official opening of the club's new storage facility.
The 400 square-metre home base includes a first-aid post, equipment storage space, and administration space.
Dalyellup SLSC president Yvonne Broome is calling upon all community members to attend this weekend's event.
"I have been at the club for around 16 years now, so it feels great to see this project come to fruition," she said.
"The facility will assist with storage, and help us to solidify our reputation. It will also help to draw more people to the club."
As part of the 2017/18 State Budget, the McGowan Government pledged $300,000 for a complete overhaul of the club's facilities.
Ms Broome would like to thank Bunbury MLA Don Punch, the state government, Shire of Capel, Woodside, and Satterley for their continued support over the past few years.
