Courage Unravelled is a podcast series created by Sana Turnock that tackles personal stories of courage, resilience, grit and overcoming adversity and challenge.
In the first series small business owners from Busselton, Margaret River and Bunbury share their stories.
The podcast will be launched at Barefoot Books at 6pm on July 2.
The community is also invited to take part in the online digital launch via Joyful Living with Sana Turnock's Facebook page.
Mr Turnock said being courageous offered people so much.
"It brings you strength, resilience, increased self-esteem and positive growth opportunities," she said."It is the perfect time to share these stories with community right now as there has been too much anxiety, stress and suffering since COVID-19. My intention is to inspire people by sharing stories of courage from people from all walks of life.
"Everyone has fears and goes through adversity but it's how you work through your situation that can set you apart from others.
"Your situation could break you or strengthen you and build your self esteem, grit and resilience."
Courage Unravelled provides a platform for voices and stories to be heard.
Series one explores topics such as grief, overcoming loss, a palliative care diagnosis, courage, positively challenging yourself and how a family worked through their daughter's diagnosis of anorexia nervosa.
"Listen to these stories once and then again and again," Ms Turnock said.
"Doing so, could help you especially as some of the stories you hear come from people in community you know."
Ms Turnock is also launching the Courage Journal to complement the Courage Unravelled podcast series.
"It has been created for people who want to grow and cultivate their own courage by activities outlined in the journal," she said.
There is a week-long digital launch via Ms Turnock's Facebook page Joyful Living with Sana Turnock.
