The search for missing three-year old James O'Reilly continues in Yallingup after he went missing from a holiday home on Karli Rise around 7.30am on September 19, 2020.
WA Police South West District inspector Martin Voyez said James was playing out the front of the holiday home with his dogs.
His mother had been feeding her infant child and went to check on him.
"She made a thorough check of the area but could not find him and called police," he said.
"Throughout the day police, SES and other volunteers have been searching tirelessly for little Jimmy.
"We are yet to find him but will continue throughout the evening and into the night and as long as it takes to find little Jimmy."

The SES were joined by the Police Air Wing including a helicopter and drones, police horses as well as the canine section.
"There are a large number of volunteers also in attendance," inspector Voyez said.
"The terrain around the holiday home is very thick dense bush and very difficult for people to walk through.
"The weather today has been appalling with heavy rain and even hail at times, however we will continue to search for little Jimmy until he is found."
Inspector Voyez said the family were naturally devastated and were receiving support from police and friends and family who travelled down from Perth to be with them.
The search will resume at first light with a skeleton crew working throughout the night.
