EATON Foreshore was buzzing on Sunday with a huge array of free, family fun as part of the 2021 Tronox, Spring out Festival.
As hosted by the Shire of Dardanup on October 24, the festival included live entertainment by the Eco Faeries, face painting, a Scitech zone, interactive activities, X5 Parkour and a low sensory zone.
In a first for the 2021 Festival, Tronox was one of the main festival partners.
Dardanup Shire President Mick Bennett said the event aimed to support and build a strong and thriving community by providing a free and accessible experience for all children and families.
"The Tronox Spring Out Festival offers a platform to showcase the diversity of our community and provide an opportunity for positive engagement," Cr Bennett said.
"With our expanded range of features and activities this year, we hoped for healthy growth in the number of visitors attending our Spring Out Festival, after more than 2,500 members of the community attended in 2020."
Community members are now encouraged to provide their feedback in order to help the Shire of Dardanup deliver a 'bigger and better' event for 2022.
