Police are in Eaton this morning after a suspicious death near Eaton Fair last night.
A POST mortem examination has revealed that the death of an Australind man on an Eaton street this month was not suspicious.
Officers were called to the scene on Recreation Drive in Eaton at 10pm on July 12, police media spokesman Samuel Dinnison said.
Fifty-one-year-old Wilbur James Marsh was walking along the road across from the Caltex service station when he died.
Police and Major Crime officers blocked the scene to traffic and investigated throughout the night and into the morning.
An autopsy has ruled out suspected homicide and the death has been deemed non-suspicious.
