Fire units are fighting two fires burning out of control in separate industrial estates in Perth on Tuesday afternoon.
Five units have contained a fire at a panel beating business in Welshpool's industrial estate.
A Department of Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said units were sent to Radium Street after a 000 call was made at 3.22pm.
Hazardous chemicals are believed to be on the premises and the Department of Environment Regulation has been contacted to attend.
A man in his mid-30s, believed to be the business owner, is being treated for burns to his arm.
In Bibra Lake, crews donned breathing apparatus as they doused a blaze at a grain silo in Howson Way.
Firefighters are expected to be at the site until 6.30pm.
